Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval selected at checkout. Your billing date is the date you subscribed.
Renewal behaviour is product- and provider-specific and is described in the product addendum. Prices may change with notice.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, unless the product addendum states otherwise.
Cancelling a subscription limits paid features. Existing data is not deleted without notice.
Automatic renewal is available. When you choose automatic renewal at checkout, your card is securely tokenized by Pesapal and charged on your billing date. You may cancel automatic renewal from your dashboard.
M-Pesa renewal is assisted: we remind you when it is time to approve the next payment. M-Pesa requires your PIN authorization each time, so renewal is not automatic.
Paid plans may include a trial. If you cancel during a trial you are not charged.
