Refunds are available within 7 days of payment for monthly plans and within 14 days for annual plans, provided the service has not been substantially used.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. M-Pesa refunds are sent to the originating number. Card refunds go to the original card.
If you cancel during a trial, you will not be charged. If the trial converts and you are charged, the standard refund policy applies.
