Offer policy

  1. Contributions to a Recording Offer 2026 package are non-refundable once paid.
  2. Every contribution becomes Bwenieve Studios value in your name. It is never forfeited.
  3. Studios value is restricted to Bwenieve Studios services. It is not unrestricted Wallet money and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  4. If the campaign deadline passes before a package is fully funded, no further contributions are accepted, but the Studios value already contributed stays yours.
  5. You may transfer your funded package to another person through an audited transfer. Transfers move the package only; no cash changes hands.
  6. Upgrading a package carries your verified contributions forward. You are never charged twice for the same amount.
  7. Downgrades are reviewed by the Studios team. Automatic cash refunds are not offered.
  8. Package prices do not include live instruments or background vocalists. These are optional: you may bring your own musicians at no extra charge, or add Bwenieve session musicians — lead guitarist KES 2,500 (USD 25), background vocalist KES 1,000 (USD 10), bass guitarist KES 1,000 (USD 10), each per musician per song. Musicians you add are part of your plan total, paid in full or saved toward like the package, and follow the same terms.
  9. International customers can pay in US dollars by card. USD prices are fixed for this offer at USD 1 = KES 100 (EMERGE USD 80, ELEVATE USD 220, LEGACY USD 350; minimum contribution USD 20) and do not follow the daily exchange rate. A plan stays in the currency it was started in; contributions in another currency are not converted.
